Security is our highest priority and we would like to reassure you that this website is fully secure. All transactions are processed via PayPal a secure online payment service. All major credit cards are accepted. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service.
Your privacy is of great concern to us. We will only collect your information lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act of 1998.
We do not sell, share, rent or otherwise disclose your information to any third party other than those necessary to fulfill your order.
All our prices include VAT at the current rate, and unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of delivery costs. We reserve our rights to alter prices without further notice.
We take the utmost care to ensure that our product descriptions and other information provided (including pictures) are as accurate as possible.
However, we cannot accept any liability for unintended inaccuracies or errors.
Colours may slightly vary due to the limitations of computer technology.
The product descriptions and/or information provided on our website do not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement.

All descriptions and information are provided in good faith and cannot be relied upon as medical advice or opinion. If in any doubt, please consult your Veterinarian.
Orders are accepted at our discretion only and we reserve our right to decline orders without giving any further reason.
Delivery is Free for all items to mainland England, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
We are normally able to deliver within 3 working days from processing your order. Should we be unable to deliver within this time period, we will advise you accordingly. Your order will need to be signed for at the delivery address.
We use special couriers and Parcelforce to guarantee next day delivery after pick up from our manufacturer’s warehouse. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery our courier will either: (i) Return for a second attempt to deliver, usually the next working day. (ii) Leave a card informing you of the unsuccessful delivery attempt and requesting you contact them to organise an alternative time for delivery.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery by Parcelforce or First Class Recorded Post a note will be left at the delivery address informing you of the event. Those items can usually be collected at your local sorting or post office. Collection is entirely your responsibility.
Should you not be happy for any reason whatsoever with the product you have ordered, please inform us within 7 days from purchase and upon receipt of unused and unspoilt goods we will issue you with a full refund for the product.
The refund will be made within 10 working days after we have received your return.
Our Returns Policy is subject to the following:
The returned items must be unused and unmarked
You will be responsible for the delivery costs to our specified warehouse
You must keep proof of posting until we receive your return, as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transport.
All our products are guaranteed and cover you against defects and faulty workmanship. All guarantee periods are clearly shown on the relevant product description.
You will need to notify us either by e-mail email@example.com or in writing if the goods received are faulty, clearly stating the nature of the problem and if you wish to receive an exchange or a full refund. Notification by telephone cannot be accepted.
